Luminette® Privacy Sheers
Luminette® Privacy Sheers bring the softness of drapery to wide windows and sliding glass doors.
What makes it different
Why choose Luminette® Privacy Sheers?
The fabric vanes can rotate up to 180 degrees to adjust the way light enters the room. Selected fabrics and positions can provide filtered light and daytime privacy, but the result changes with the fabric, view, interior lighting, and time of day.
The vertical fabric profile suits great rooms, dining areas, bedrooms, and patio doors. Operating options include Traveling Wand™ and PowerView® Gen 3, with tilted traverse on qualifying configurations. We confirm the available system and stacking arrangement for your opening.

Sheers, panels, or vertical blinds?
Compare Luminette® Privacy Sheers with Skyline® Gliding Window Panels and Somner® Custom Vertical Blinds. Each has a different fabric profile, stacking arrangement, and operation. Check the space beside the opening and how often you use the door before choosing.

In your home
Softness and privacy for wide glass
Luminette® is especially effective on larger openings that need softness, privacy control, and an easy relationship with nearby windows.
Wide-opening elegance
Brings softer movement and better scale to patio doors and larger spans of glass.
Privacy with light
Maintains a brighter, more open feeling than a heavier vertical treatment.
Coordinated finish
Pairs naturally with nearby window shadings so the whole room feels considered.
Room inspiration
Softness for sliding doors and wide glass
Plan the stack around the active door panel and the route through the room. The treatment needs room to gather clear of the opening.
Rotate the vanes while comparing samples to understand the change from filtered daylight to greater privacy. Coordinate nearby windows by color and light-control needs.
