Why choose Palm Beach™ Polysatin™ Shutters?
The Polysatin construction is documented for resistance to moisture and mildew, and the DuraLux™ finish gives the shutter a consistent painted appearance. Duracatch™ and DuraTension™ are product-specific details that may support panel security and louver tension in selected configurations.
Palm Beach™ is available with 2 1/2-inch, 3 1/2-inch, and 4 1/2-inch louvers. Smaller louvers can suit tighter clearances, while larger louvers can create a more open view when tilted open. Opening the full shutter panel is a separate movement that needs clearance. The opening, frame, louver size, and mounting condition determine the final look.

Moisture, motorization, and light gaps
PowerView® motorization may be available for qualifying louver configurations. Motorized Palm Beach™ shutters should not be used where they may come into direct contact with water. In those areas, a manual configuration may be the more appropriate choice.
Palm Beach™ is not a blackout product. Light can still pass through louver, panel, frame, and installation gaps, especially in out-of-square openings. Blinds by Valeri measures those conditions before recommending a frame, divider, track, or specialty-shape solution.

Choose the frame and louver size with the window depth and furniture placement in mind. Panels need clearance to open for access to the glass.
For a bathroom or other moisture-prone space, review the exact installation conditions. A moisture-resistant material does not make a motorized configuration suitable for direct water contact.
